Business profiles go through manual approval before appearing publicly. We will confirm delivery and fulfillment details directly with recipients. Do not post a shipping address in your public profile.

For non-outfitter members · PlannedThree adventure vouchers
The planned member draw has three prizes of $500 each, toward an outfitter-hosted adventure listed on Outfitters Pub. These are adventure vouchers, not an announced cash payout. Currency, eligible participants and redemption conditions are still to be confirmed.
The intended entry method is automatic entry for eligible non-outfitter accounts once the promotion opens and the final rules are published. Automatic entry is not active yet.
When would entries close?
The confirmed closing trigger is reaching both 2,000 registered users and 300 outfitters. Reaching only one milestone does not trigger the draw. This is not a live progress counter or an announcement that either milestone has been reached.
How will the draw be shown?
The draw will be broadcast by video and published on this website. The broadcast platform and draw schedule will be announced with the final rules.
What still needs to be finalized?
The final rules must define currency, eligible locations and ages, the entry period, which accounts count toward each milestone, entry and selection procedures, winner notification, odds, voucher expiry, provider participation and redemption arrangements. Any applicable skill-testing requirement and costs outside the voucher must also be explained before entry opens.
Outfitters Pub’s role in arranging or accompanying a prize adventure has not been finalized. No supervision, confirmed booking or provider participation is promised by this announcement.
Free means free
Accounts and listings are free forever, including after beta. The planned member draw will have no purchase or entry fee. Marketing consent is separate from promotion entry. Signing up does not mean you have won a prize.
Ordinary trips and services are priced by their providers. A voucher should not be read as a promise that all travel, accommodation, equipment or other adventure costs are covered.
